Our Hallertau-based team is currently looking for a full-time
Trainer & Coach
to manage and develop our team of freelance partners.
The following requirements are essential
- You are a native English speaker
- You have a strong command of German
- You have at least 2 years of relevant experience
- You are interested in personnel development of a strong trainer and coach team
- You possess strong organisational talent and communication skills
- Your PC knowledge of the latest office software is excellent
- You have a strong team spirit
- You are able and willing to work independently and set your own goals
- You have experience in developing teaching material and training plans
The following skills are desirable
- extensive TEFL experience
- a Dip. TESOL (or equivalent)
